Lines disappear when zooming chart

Please send me your workspaces.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support, checking the box Workspace files and UI settings'.

Did you manage to solve this issue? I am having the same problem, using the NT drawing tool I apply an extended line to my chart to identify long term S&R levels. This gives me a channel with three parallel lines. I do this on the weekly as a master and then look at the dalies and hourlies for trade setups. When I change to the shorter timeframes the lines disappear or change their angle or no longer sit near price. I have selected all time frames in the line properties window.
Please help.
