    chart problem

    Hi,

    I have used the program for a long time and today day the SI instrument always show me a long candle.

    What happening?

    Hi davidgamo, thanks for your post.

    If you right-click on your chart and then left-click 'Reload All Historical Data', does this long candle persist? If so, if you navigate to Control Center > Tools > Options > Data tab > change the 'Merge policy' drop-down box to 'DoNotMerge', then open your chart back up and reload all historical data once more, does it then?

      I have Reloaded All Historical Data and my Merge policy is DoNotMerge and I get the same error.

        Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into this further.

        You can send these files to me by navigating to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support menu.

          I did Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab. Click Reset Instruments and restart NinjaTrader.
          And now It's ok!!
