    Price is not moving for CL after 9am

    Price is not moving for CL after 9am on my both computers.

    Thanks for your post.

    Can you please let us know the following:
    - Who are you connected to? You can check in the green box in the lower left corner of the control center.
    - What what interval are you using?
    - What Session template have you selected in the Data Series window? Can you change this to 'Default 24/7'
    - What happens when you right click in the chart--> Reload all historical data?
    - Is there an error message listed in the log tab of the control center?
    - What version are you using? Our current release is V7.0.1000.25 which you can check under Help--> About

      I use CQG
      I have Tick, minutes, renko charts
      i use defalt 24/7

      Price some time move so fast some time stop for 10-15 minutes
      I am on CL 11-14

        Can you confirm that you have version 7.0.1000.25 installed. You can check this under Help--> About
        If you are on this version, can you check the Log tab in the control center and see if there's an error message listed.

          Yes I use the same Version, and there is no error message in log .

            Hello,

            Can you right click in the chart--> Reload all historical data again. I just tested on my end and Live data was coming in.
            Can you also go to the Orders tab in the control center and select the CL 11-14 and see if Live data is coming in.
