Expired Contract Cannot Cancel Order
Was running a strategy on the CL 08-14 when data ran out.. My position tab shows open 5 contracts, I right click and do flatten or cancel, but does not do anything.. Once in a while I get a message that says there is no data and my data is connected. How do I clean this out?Tags: None

Thank you for your note.
From the screen shot it shows that the position is on CL 08-14 and SIM101 account.
To remove this order, disconnect from your live data feed, connect to the Simulated Data Feed -> Right click on the position -> Close Position.
You cannot close the position when connected to your live data provider because there is no live streaming data for CL 08-14 since it expired.CameronNinjaTrader Customer Service

provide me with your latest Log and Trace files.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named log.20140723.txt
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named trace.20140723.txtCameronNinjaTrader Customer Service
