    NT "not responding"

    NT keeps Not Responding...

    This is on a New Alienware PC, so new install of windows Home Prem and of course new install of NT.... Help...

    looking in event logs for windows I get the following entry...

    Fault bucket , type 0
    Event Name: AppHangB1
    Response: Not available
    Cab Id: 0

    Problem signature:
    P1: NinjaTrader.exe
    P2: 7.0.1000.22
    P3: 53117f7b
    P4: b715
    P5: 256
    P6:
    P7:
    P8:
    P9:
    P10:

    Do you experience this error when launching NinjaTrader? I can investigate this situation closer.


    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your latest log and trace file:
    You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.20140512.txt"


    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.20140512.txt"
