    Rithmic/Vision connect problem

    After updating and signing the mandatory user agreement with Rithmic, I can no longer connect to NT (lifetime license). I get a window telling to check my internet connection or account connection parameters. What has changed? How can I fix this?

    Thank you for your post.

    I would recommend that you contact your broker and verify that the settings which you are logging in using are accurate.

      Today is the 30th.

      The last, EXTENDED cut off was the 29th.

      When did you sign? Today?

        yes, today. I was receiving the notices on another email address and they went unnoticed. Is this the reason I am not able to connect?

          Hello Anthonyb,

          I am not sure if this is the reason. The error indicates the username/password are invalid or you have internet connectivity issues. I assume your internet connection is fine.

          Could it be you are trying to connect to a Rithmic demo? However it has been disabled by your broker now that you have a live account with them. If so, please await the Rithmic username/password from your broker for your live account. Once received, please create a new connection using the new login credentials and check if you can connect.

            Thanks Jason. Daniella in customer service converted my license key and I set up a new Rithmic connection. It seems to be working.
