    Hello Panny123,

    No worries!

    Can you reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments.
    After this exit and restart NT and see if you have the ES available again.

    I get- error on downloading replay data NT data server does not support this instrument ,no data available, i think i deleted the ES mini by mistake can you help me add it back into instrument manager, sorry if its in the wrong thread.

    Hello,

    We are able to connect again and strongly believe that the issue was caused because of ISP backbone issues.

    Please exit NinjaTrader, reboot your machine and then bring up NT again and connect.

    If that doesn't work follow these steps and see if you can connect again:
    - Exit NinjaTrader
    - Shut down your PC
    - Reset your modem and router
    - Restart your PC
    - Bring up NinjaTrader
    - Connect

    Login Failed

    Having logging problem Getting the following message:
    " Login failed: Failed to receive LineTimeUpdate response from DataServer during login. "
    I am currently with AMP futures using a CQG connection.

    I reset my computer and i have the same problem

    Having the same problem.

    Using Mirus Continuum. Restarting computer didn't help.
