Broker Connection not working

    Broker Connection not working

    This morning I cannot connect to my broker. I get the following message

    Hello rwbil,

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

    What build of TWS are you using? You can check in TWS by going to Help > About Trader Workstation and scrolling down to build.

    Is TWS configured as in the connection guide below?

      TWS - 927.7

      7.0.1000.11 (Live)

      I have not changed anything in the connection and it has worked fine up until this morning.

      I did go into Interactive Broker and the API says disabled.

      I will check the link you sent me

        Both Advanced Order Management (TWS) window and API are greyed out and cannot be selected

          CQG not connectin

          There seem to be no connection to broker AMP ...,Connection - CQG is green

            Hello rwbil,

            I believe Interactive Brokers no longer supports this build.

            Please upgrade NinjaTrader to the current release, NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.22.

            You can do this by going in NinjaTrader to Help > License Key, coping your license key, closing NinjaTrader and following the link below.

            Then close TWS and upgrade to TWS 938.1. This is available in the link below.
