Connectivity issues from kinetic server

I am very frustrated. Every day while running automated strategies, there is a disconnect from Kinetic servers, without any internet interruption. My internet spped is exceptional (50 down 25 up), my latency is superb (tested on kinetic servers, the slowest was 33ms), no time outs, latest computer, latest ninja updates, ISP company checked in my office everything, top to bottom is excellent, and yet Kinetic keeps blaming it on me!
Anyone else had this problem and managed to solved it? I basically cannot run automated strategies at all?
