Which session template would you use to simulate Daily Candles on all instruments with a 1440 minute Chart so it also shows ETH?

The session template <instrument settings> selects the proper session template for each instrument.

There is no "fits all" session template. FDAX has different trading times than ES.

Harry is correct here, each exchange will have different ETH hours. The instruments that are on the same exchange will have the same hours as each other, but will have different hours than instruments on different exchanges.

Currently. most stocks have the US Equities RTH template set. This would be the hours of the Nasdaq from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern.

You can set the default template for individual instruments. For example if you wanted AAPL to automatically load with the US Equities ETH template.

To do this:

• Click Tools -> Instrument Manager... -> search for the instrument
• Select the instrument in the search results -> click the Edit button
• In the Session template: drop-down, select the session template you want used by default for this instrument -> click OK
