I donīt see Interactive Brokers in my data feed providers?

    I donīt see Interactive Brokers in my data feed providers?

    Hi,
    after being working good I deleted my interactive broker account connection to change something and now when I try to set up again my Interactive Broker connection it doesnīt appear in the list, so I canīt connect!!! I donīt understand and getting crazy!
    Becuse it has been a matter of one hour. I dinīt change anything in my computer!

    Hi sadhaka,

    Do you see any error messages in yellow in the Log tab of the Control Center?

    If you restart NinjaTrader is Interactive Brokers still missing from this list?

      Hi,

      No, any yellow mwssage, i have been checking now and I find some orange message (Category: default). I attach todayīs log after re-install Ninja
      No, I have restarted about 10 times and is missing!! and also I have reinstall Ninja Trader finally, but it is still the same.

            Hello sadhaka,

            Thank you for your email.

            Your license key was a free simulation license key enabled for use with CQG and not Interactive Brokers. I replied to your email with a license key that will enable you to use all of our supported brokerage technologies and data feed providers.

            Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

              now it appear again!!!
              Yes it is true, I asked through CQG becuse I will use that provider soon, but meanwhile I have been using it with Interactive Broker without any problem. So I donīt understand, but anyway, itīs working again.
