Where is he now?
What assurance is he willing to make to alleviate our current concerns about this recurring problem?

It's getting even more crazy: if you choose Range Charts instead of standard Candle charts (with the FDAX for example), the historical data problem disappears. Switch back from Range to Candle charts and bang, the data from last Friday is missing again.

Sounds really really strange...

People have been posting for over 48 hours in this thread without any reaction whatsoever from Ninja.
What the hell is going on with you guys?? You used to care about your customers, but the longer this issue lasts the more I'm getting the impression that this is no longer the case...Last edited by laocoon; 04-14-2014, 06:35 AM.

More than 15hrs...
It's been 15+ hrs since folks have reported no minutes data being pushed from the NT historical servers for Friday April 11 data, on most every instrument. NT forums support is answering away other thread questions, but not a peep here. Thus, customer ignore mode on the tough questions is <ON>. There's no post to say "we're working on it", no post to say "we're aware of it", no post to say "get yourself a proper historical data feed because our provided solution is a 'which-way's-the-wind-blowing today' solution, & we wont be able to restore the data until the weekend" (ironically, this problem seems to have been present before and during this current weekend.
The Asia session has passed, The London session is almost over. NY just beginning, and no minute charts for most CQG/Continuum/Amp users, thus no plots of levels against Friday's price range.
If that's not an epic fail on product functionality, communication and customer service, I don't know what is.

Without this data, anyone relying on almost any strategy shouldn't trade.
- You cannot use a trend line that starts before today as it will be screwed
- If you use volume analysis, you cannot trade, probably for weeks
- If you use any kind of oscillator, you cannot trade
- If you use any kind of moving average, you cannot trade
...
In sum, at the moment, information on our charts is wrong and cannot be used to trade.

What's really worrying though is that this issue dates back at least to the month of February (even before this thread was started on March 7).
