I am running four charts on the screen but one (ym 3-14) will not update price action.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
(For a chart) what interval is selected?
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

First please ensure the instrument is set to "YM 03-14" without quotes.
If it is please send your config file into support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
DO NOT post it here as it contains important account connection information.
