I asked a demo to optimus futures, connect well but no data received on charts and dom..I repair DB, repair instruments but nothing happens...

Hello,
Can you tell me the following:
- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx
- What instrument have you selected? If a Futures instrument, please include Front Month (ES 03-14)
- What chart interval is selected? (5min, 4 range, etc.)
- Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.CameronNinjaTrader Customer Service

Coneects well , charts corrects at time but dont move, and Dom no shown data. I think is a demo problem from optimus, maybe.
