How do I fix this error message?
"unable to subscribe to market data. Please assign an additional exchange to this instrument in the instrument manager GTN default"

Thanks for your post.

Can I verify, are you connected to Interactive Brokers?
If so you will need to go to Tools> Instruments Manager
Select the GTN and press Edit
Under Exchanges select the excahgne it is on
