Thanks for your post.

Can I verify, are you connected to Interactive Brokers?
If so you will need to go to Tools> Instruments Manager
Select the GTN and press Edit
Under Exchanges select the excahgne it is on

Thanks Brandon, it was missing the exchange information! It now works.
