So today I uninstalled NT and downloaded a new version (latest available), thinking this would solve the problem of having the 'auto connect' button ticked in the 'accounts' section.
Alas still the same.
So I just uninstalled that version and downloaded a 'demo' version. Unfortunately during the start up procedure that came up with 'live trading ' ticked ! ? So I am back in the same boat. I did not get a chance to put in the @SIM account number.

I am just attempting to get into the 'control centre' to possibly begin managing a new set up / FCM / data feed etc.
All help appreciated.
