unable to connect to zen-fire

      Hello All,

      There were reports of connection issues last evening preventing clients from connecting. However this has been resolved and should allow you to connect after you close and restart NinjaTrader.

        Unfortunately it hasn't been resolved for everyone. I've been in touch with Mirus for the last couple of hours regarding this exact issue and I'm still waiting for them to call me back.

          And I've just had another "connection lost". I'm sure I can contact support but from my experience so far today the connection will just come back on again and then get lost again. Again and again.

          So I don't think there's any point contacting support. It seems a system wide problem that needs to be fixed, not a problem on my home PC.

            Ninja connected this morning. Seems like the time/sales aren't working exactly right but will have to see how the day goes to know if that observation is right.

              Connection and historical data

              Hi there,

              My connection is back now after being lost a few times this am but the historical data is missing hours from this morning. Is this issue being resolved?

                This is my issue now as well. Connecting is a good change from yesterday, however. I just hate when I 'reload historical data' and it takes away the bars I've had to build since I opened Ninja this morning.

                  In addition to missing data, we also still have no volume data feed for GLOBEX contracts and are still experiencing rejected orders for contracts we regularly trade. The issue with session hi/lo data in the DOM appears to be resolved.

                    Connected this morning but charts are not updating ! no time and sales at all ! The whole thing is dead !! Connection keeps dropping !!!

                          The beat goes on. I just sent this email to my broker. I'm attaching the error message I receive when I enter a live trade. I entered it far away from the market as the one I tried yesterday away from the market registers as Status "Unknown". I wanted to trade this morning but now I can't. Here's the email. Please read it thoroughly. Thanks. And please have your most experienced and knowledgeable reps look into this. Thanks.

                          "Good Morning. You didn't read my emails thoroughly maybe. It's more than that. It's not a Google Chrome issue. You guys should read this thread thoroughly. A lot of people are having problems with this including this morning. http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=62799 Now this morning as I just logged in I find that my short I tried to yesterday to see if it showed up in MirusTrader, and NT and Zen Fire wouldn't let me cancel, and I called about last night to make sure it wasn't still active, is showing that the status of is "Unknown". See attachment which includes the error message I received when I tried to cancel it in NT and the result shown in MirusTrader. Does this mean it may still be active? What's with that? Really? Please do whatever you need to do to make sure this order has been cancelled as I can't do that. You're my broker. Thanks.

                          I just want to trade. It seems this wasn't ready for release. You should always provide people the option of using the working existing software before forcing them to use something that may have bugs in it. Thanks.

                          Now I'm having the exact same issues this morning. I've attached a print screen of the same error message from Zen-Fire. I just want to trade. Please make sure this trade gets cancelled too as I can't. I made it way away from the market anticipating this might happen. Thanks."

                            Me too. Since Last Night. I'm connected now... but how reliable is it???? I wouldn't want to put on a trade with connection issues.

                                I did upgrade over the weekend and it is stuck on Connecting.
