Failed login: Invalid Authentication on v18 upgrade

    Failed login: Invalid Authentication on v18 upgrade

    After installing v.18 on two computers (Win 7 and XP) "successfully", then opening Ninja>Control Center>Connect>Dorman, a message box appears on both computers: "Login failed: Invalid Authentication". Couldn't find same message in Ninja or Mirus forums. Please assist with instructions to fix. Thanks
