No data in GE or NG futures
I have several markets up such as GC, CL, TF EMD, etc, but when I try and create a Eurodollar chart (GE) or Natural gas (NG) I get no data in the NG and just a few bars in the Eurodollar. I have the chart set to 24/7, it is intraday data. And it is a sim account with real time data. Any ideas?Tags: None

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
Which expiry of these futures have you requested data for? (09-13, 12-13, etc.)
Which bar type is used in the chart? (tick, minute, range, etc.)
How many days of data are requested?
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

Connect to CQG.
12-13 expiry
Minute charts, but no time works.
3 days data
No errors.
CGQ. Adapter. SubscribeMarketDataResolve: CPEZ3 is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.
Not sure if that is related to GE.

Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I was able to access GE 12-13 data here using the default settings from this version of NinjaTrader. I would therefor like you to disconnect from your data provider and reset NinjaTrader's instrument list:
- Open the Options menu (Tools > Options) then navigate to the Data tab.
- Click Reset Instruments.
- Restart NinjaTrader for the change to take effect.
After restarting, please reconnect and try a new GE 12-13 chart.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
