    trouble connecting

    I'm trying to activate a third party indicator for use in the free version of Ninja. I have eSignal, but I don't have level 2. Both the third party indicator tech support and eSignal have both told me I don't need level 2. I'm getting a prompt that says "failure because of level 2 host." Not sure what to do to fix it. Can anyone help?

    Actually, it says: login failure: unable to connect to level 2 host

    Who are you connecting to? (This is indicated in green in the lower left corner of the control center)

      says "Connected - eSignal"
