FXCM - Demo Account

Has anyone else had issues placing an error to FXCM with a demo account? I believe they know about the problem I reported to them about 2 weeks ago - but no resolution. I had hoped .15 would have fixed it, but still no fix.

Here is the error when I try to buy a limit or market order on EURUSD:
"Unsupported order type or API error affected Order: Buy 10000 Market"

I am not aware of any standing issues like this. So that I may investigate, please contact me by email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20130808.txt' file.

I do not have any additional information at this time however could you please reply to the email thread which you and I had going so that I can review the case to make sure there is nothing else I can do here? Moving forward, let's plan on working exclusively from email as that thread in our system holds the diagnostic files which I would need to review.
