    I have been informed that Zen-Fire is looking into the issue. Once there is new information, I will let you know.

      Thanks for your reply Jason, but this is turning out exactly like last time, ie it will work again around 1500 CET at best, which basically means that we lost almost an entire trading day. What is Ninja/Zen planning on doing in order to avoid this very frustrating situation going forward?

            As this was an item with the exchange, our resources are limited to backfill these charts, however we are currently looking into what can be done.

              I've been in direct contact with Mirus regarding this issue, and while it is now clear that Mirus wasn't at fault here, it would be very helpful if such issues were better communicated by Mirus going forward. A simple email this morning from Mirus and I wouldn't even have started this thread.

                any idea, why only zenfire was involved??

                Hi,

                my esignal feed worked very well the whole day.

                What the hell is the problem with zenfire ???

                      Well, to be honest, they just told me that it was an exchange-related issue because Eurex apparently migrated the DAX contract to a new trading architecture over the weekend. They also told me that multiple data providers were experiencing the same issue, but I'm not in a position to verify that. It is indeed very interesting that eSignal and CQG had no issues with the FDAX feed today.

                      I guess the key question is: does anyone know which other data feed providers than Mirus had this issue today?
