FX Board - ALL is empty

On demo, Sim101, when I entered orders they all appeared under the tab "ALL" (as one would expect) but now I am running tests on the live account, no pending orders are appearing under "ALL", only under their respective sub-tabs that I created (ie, a tab for EUR pairs, a tab for JPY pairs etc)

OK, so it seems when I change the account from Sim101 to live account, the FX board does not update as well, and needs to be changed manually (for every FX board tab created too) - why?

If I change the account from sim to live or vice versa, I would expect the FX board to change with it.

If you load a chart or Superdom of these instruments does any data appear? If you go to the Log tab of the control center are any errors present?

yes charts work - the problem is, the FX board does not change when I change from Sim to live on the main area. it should. i shouldn't have to change both manually.

Are you referring to the account selector not switching to your live account when switching to the live connection?

If so, unfortunately this is a limitation of the platform currently, as the account should be selected in any order entry window before submitting orders. I will note to our product team though for consideration on changing this functionality in the future.
