connection lost kinetick

Also having dropped connection issue with Kinetick

Guys,

I use both Kinetick and IQFeed as market data providers in NT. I am having instances where I drop internet connectivity briefly and while IQ recovers as one would expect Kinetick freezes. Is this a known issue?
I can send exerpt of log files?
If this is a persistent issue should we just use IQ and abandon Kinetic as a market data provider?

I can investigate your log and trace files for any errors or situations occurring, there are currently no known issues with reconnecting to Kinetick after a disconnection.
