    Problems Connecting to CQG

    Hi,

    I get this message: Login failed: network connection to the order routing system is unavailable.

    what is going on?

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.


    We can investigate this situation further. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your latest trace file for today:
    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.20130417.txt"
