Can't connect

Thank you for your post.
In order to assist you, please let me know the following:
- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
- Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
I can test your account connection on my end. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Please send me your configuration file- You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
- (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Same thing happened to me today. I called my broker and the the TT Host IP connections changed. I didn't get the email from the broker telling me this, so I called and found out about it a few minutes ago.Originally posted by Vozdovac View PostEverytime I try to connect to TT, my Ninja says "connecting" but nothing happens.
