Incremental refresh error causing charting to stop

Every now and then (at least once a week I would say) I see the following error in Ninja's log tab:

FixApi.MarketDataIncrementalRefresh: (code 10) Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

I am connected to my broker's feed via TT's Fix api. This error, when it occurs on a particular instrument, say gold futures, causes that instrument's charting to stop, so when I notice it happened (a few hours later), the chart has a gap...
Needless to say, this error should be handled internally in Ninja in such a manner that it doesn't cause the data not to come in anymore (it starts charting again when I switch to that instrument on DOM).
Any input on this? Is this going to be handled in the future release?

Do not post these files or any other files that contain personal information on this forum.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
* The log file will be named "log.20130228.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
* The trace file will be named "trace.20130228.txt"

If these error did not happen today, please include the trace and log files for the day the error occurred. the format is trace.YYYYMMDD.txt.
