Hello werido,
You may follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader to try and resolve your problem:
* Close all running applications.
* Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.
* From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 and click Remove.
* Then you will need to clear your internet browser cache and history. You will clear this from within your internet browser (with IE, Tools-->Options, delete cookies and files, clear history).
* Reboot your machine.
* Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below:
Note that this will note remove any settings/data inside NinjaTrader.Christopher S.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello werido,
I am able to receive historical minute data from FXCM for the past 5 days.
Please make sure you are requesting 5 days of data on the chart.
You can do this by right clicking on the chart, selecting Data Series, then in the Data Series window selecting 'Days to load' setting to 5 and pressing OK.Christopher S.NinjaTrader Customer Service
