Multi broker

I purchased a multi broker license that I am not using anymore, I am gonna use just one broker. Is it possible to have that money back?

We will not be able to provide a refund for your multi broker license. Our company's policy is that all sales are final:

If this is a lifetime license, you will have unlimited freedom to choose between any of NinjaTrader's supported brokers for as long as you are trading.

If this is a leased license and not a lifetime license, we would be happy to give you instructions to revert to a single broker license once your multi broker license runs out.

So that I may give you more specific instructions, please send a note to sales[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com and include your current multi broker license key. This is available from the NinjaTrader Control Center > Help > License Key...

Please use "Attn: Chris D" in the subject line of the email.
