Is there a simple way to set price alerts?

I'll be happy to add this as a vote towards the existing feature request that covers this, SFT-878. Feature Requests are considered as possible additions or changes to future releases of the software. You can always refer to each new version's Release Notes to find which features/changes were implemented in each release of NinjaTrader:
