I have problem loading some stock symbols

Thank you for your post.



First please go to Tools->Insturment Manager and delete MTENY within the Available master instrument list.


Next connect to Yahoo then open a new char of an instrument that currently loads such as AAPL. Next left click within the chart and type MTENY and hit Enter.


Please let me know if data then loads successfully.

Ok I did what you advised. For some reason MTENY appeared twice in the master list. However deleted both symbols and then brought up another stock like GOOG, left clicked on the mouse and added the new symbol and it worked.

Thanks for the incredible support. You guys are superb. Thank you for offering to contact me on the phone to help resolve the problem, but looks like your last suggestion was excellent. It did not work the first time because I did not notice that MTENY appeared twice in the master list.
