      Please update to the latest release by downloading it from the below link


      Please make sure NinjaTrader is not running while you are installing the new version.

      Please do reset the instrument after you have installed the latest version.
      • To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


      Please make sure you are using TWS version 927.7. You can download TWS version 927.7 from here http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_927_7.exe

          GC futures chart has big gap

          Hello. Please look at attached print screen. "Reload history" doesn't help. Even if I choose previous expire period- there will be the same gap.

            Please try resetting the instruments and see if you are able to get the correct data.

            To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

            Also make sure the rollover date for December 2012 contract is set to 30 July. Please refer to this screenshot for more details.

                Again! In new contract after rollover DX futures

                Hello. Please tell me how to fix this! Why should I do it every time after rollover?! Again missing bars. What date I need to correct in contract settings?

                  Hello,

                  Roll over date for this instrument is set correctly to 12/14/2012 indicating that this issue is different from the GC issue you'd posted about earlier.

                  Please detail what you find to be incorrect in the image you provided.

                    missing days where blue lines. but maybe it is not significant. maybe because of joining different contracts.

                        22 november 2012 DX future. Miss in EOD NT data and is in InteractiveBrokers data.

                          Hello alexstox,
                          November 22 was a holiday on account of Thanks giving day and thus there is no data for this date. To assist you further may I know who your connectivity provider besides IB.

                            ok. IB chart has it because trading hours started in the night before 23 NOV. It's ok.
