CME Lumber futures error

Hello. There are some errors whith lumber futures. Chart is incorrect (several bars in one bar), unable to see history more than 365 days. Please check.

Error appear when set even 365 days for future. Any other instruments never gave me one.

Thanks for the follow up. You are requesting much more than 1 year, and individual contracts are not available going back to 2005. If you get an error during the data request, then it fails completely. Best would be using the continuous contract LB ##-## here.

Even when I use ## contract chart is still incorrect (2 bars in 1 bar). And I use always individual contracts, they correctly show history because of global settings set to "merge".

You can use individual contracts, but need to setup the data request so that you're requesting less days. Try a custom range to 2006 instead.

I use 36500 days for other futures in NT - EVERYTHING OK.
See picture below - there is chart for LB. You can see there green bar and red bar together.

I check ZR futures (rough rice) - chart is incorrect too. Daily Kintick chart is not as CME chart and my provider.

Whenever you have more than 1 series applied to the same chart, NT will use fixed horizontal scale for all series. Because of this you can see bars overlap or large gaps in-between bars. Remove the added DX 09-12 series to evaluate this better.

Problem with RC, CF charts - NT doesn't show it even with 30 history periods in ##.

RC on ICE is deslisted as of 2008. Generally ICE will not be supported with Kinetick connection, although some historical data is available for some symbols.

We found mappings errors with CF. You can change mapping on this to LRC and should work. Use the CF ##-## contract for now because we'll need to change the instrument months in a future update.

We're checking into merge settings for LE currently.

Check feeder cattle too. The chart is incorrect.

I'm also having issues with Kinetick on LB 09-12 loading EOD charts. Getting error message that Globex was unable to load historical data. My chart only goes through 6-28-12.

Thanks for the post. We're looking into corrections for these instruments. In the meantime I suggest charting LB ##-## which takes care of the message you're getting with increased history.

Nikkei 225 OSE futures chart error (N225 future)

Hello. N225 futures don't work in 12-12, nor ##-##.

NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.11 has the Nikkei 225 futures present by default.
