    Hello Insomniac,

    Can you please send your Zen-Fire login credentials to support AT ninjatrader DOT com. I will test the connection on my end and see if I can reproduce the issue.

        Today Zen-Fire will not connect for me this morning getting the message "Login Failed. Unable to login (20051)"

        I already established a new account connection setup - still not working.

        Please could anyone help me?

          The Zen-Fire servers are using a new server side authentication process that requires the use of NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.3 or 6.0.1000.11. Please upgrade to either one version, which you can download at the link below.

          Once you upgraded NinjaTrader, connect to Zen-Fire and check if the error message persists.

              My datafeed is zenfire I am using the latest version of ninja NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.4 today I am unable to login with error message "login failed unable to log in 20051. I have uninstalled ninja 6.5 and reinstalled but still get the same message. Please could you advise

                Just to let you know I tried to connect again and hey presto it worked. Must have been an issue with data server

                  Unable to Login (20051) error. I synchronized the pc clock, re booted the computer and restarted Ninja and still the same error. Also tried re -establishing the account connection but no go. Any one work on this probem before? ...............Thanks,

                    Thank you for your forum post.

                    What version of NinjaTrader are you using. This is located in the Control Center->Help->About...

                    Also, please make sure that your PC clock is set to the right date and year.
