    Zen Fire Connection

    Hi,
    Anyone else experiencing failure to connect to Zen Fire this morning. Tried two separate broker accounts to no avail.

          ZenFire

          I had a problem this morning also, on a sim account. It seems ok now. Was it just the demo feed or was the live feed affected also? Anyone know?

            Zen-Fire will not connect for me this morning on either of two computers....very unusual....now getting the message "Login Failed. Unable to login (20051)"

            Vincent at NT let me know in an email earlier this morning there are problems with the Zen-Fire servers today.

                Hi,

                One of the ISP carriers lines went down. The people from Zen are working on it and it should be back up shortly again.

                    Here's a brief explanation of what happened with Zen this morning:


                    ISP outages caused many traders to be unable to connect or to have intermittent connectivity from approximately 8:15am to 9:30am CST.

                    One of the main carriers transmitting data to the engine reported trouble early this morning causing a series of related issues that prevented steady connections on this path.


                    Static routes were put in place to prevent this type of outage from affecting users in the future.

                      Any ideas if there are still issues for demo users? I have not been able to login all day(just tried again).

                        Hi,

                        They should be over.
                        What is the error message when you try to connect?

                        Otherwise send a note to support and someone will assist you.

                          Actually this morning I was receiving an error message that said something to the effect of "Unable to login 20051", however now I do not get a message at all. I see "Connecting - Zen-Fire" at the bottom of the Control Center and it never connects, it just sits there.

                            Insomniac,

                            Please do the following:
                            - Remove your account connection
                            - Exit and restart NT
                            - Re-create your account connection
                            - Connect
