Why is data missing on 60min chart and not on other timeframes

    Why is data missing on 60min chart and not on other timeframes

    Hi;
    Here is an interesting one, when looking at my charts I have noticed there is one month of bars missing on the 60 min timeframe but data is there on other timeframes. Tried to close and re-open workbook did not change anything.

    Checking history data is clearly there. Any ideas how to fix this. (I have attached a screenshot).

    Apologies, just double checked the history and July was missing. HOWEVER 240 min and as attached in image 30 min were displaying data, so not sure how this happened?

    Anyway I reloaded the history for July and data is displayed correctly.

      Hello Thomas,

      Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data' and check if this will load the missing data.

      Does it make a difference if you create a brand new 60 minute chart?

      If not, please try the following. Exit NinjaTrader and go to Documents-
      ->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder.

      Start NinjaTrader and connect to your data feed. Check if the 60 minute chart loads all requested data.

          It happened to me today as well in NT 7.0.11 and the problem was fixed by proposed workaround ( to delete the cache folder)

          Is it a pending bug that will be fixed in a future revision ?

            Can you please tell me to what data feed you connect in NinjaTrader. There was an issue with the historical data server this morning which caused missing data.

              The Data feed is Forex.com

                GAIN/Forex.com use the NinjaTrader historical servers which were affected this morning.

                We were able to reroute users to a secondary server and the data should be available
