Can not start NT after changing 10thpip to pip

Hello,

I have changed from TenthPip to Pip because of changing broker (I have not changed the dataseries from eg 40 to 4 before closing NinjaTrader as I wanted to restart before). But now I can not start NinjaTrader as there appears always an error message. What can I do please?

Can you please go to Help --> Mail to support to email us your trace and log files so we can diagnose the error message?

thanks for your reply. In the meantime I have deleted the 2 workspaces I had opened before closing so that I could restart NT. But when I want to open now another workspace then the error-message occurs again. I have sent the trace and log files this moment.

Hello NT-Support,

I solved it by deleting my workspaces and rebuilt with new dataseries referring to pip instead of tenthpip.

No need to check out anymore.
