Missing Market Depth on DOM

Just yesterday the Static DOM stopped showing teh amrket depth, I'm now only getting the best bid/ask. I checked with the TT support for the back end and they are able to see the depth so it is not the fix adapter.

This is happening on all markets. CME es, CBOT ZB, Eurex FGBL.

Thank you for your post.

Can you please check if under Properties 'Show market depth' is set to true.

Also, have you tried a reboot? What I otherwise suggest is to remove your account connection, restart NT and then re-create to see if depth is coming in.

If this doesn't work, please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com with your login credentials so we can test the connection to see if we can get depth coming in.
