data feed is inccrect

I am not getting correct data and chart looks funny. I try to reload data and unable to fix it after few times. See attached screen shots.

The first screen show not data. It may be the market is not open yet?
The second screen shot shows incorrect buy point on the chart.

Please help.

This actually looks like you got an invalid tick from your data provider. You can exclude it in your historical data manager by going to Tools > Historical Data Manager. Then, navigate to the instrument, timeframe, and date this occurred. When you scroll through the list you will eventually find a tick that has very large unrealistic volume and/or a 0 price. You can right click it and hit exclude.
