Kinetik data load

I can easily connect to Kinetik for EOD via my NT 7, however when I pull up a chart, AAPL for instance and use a daily for the last 365, I get nothing. No data will load. I can right click and choose reload historical data... and nothing. Do I have to change some other setting?

To assist you further, can you tell me:
Which version of NinjaTrader you are using. To get the information, in Control Center menu bar goto Help>About and look for the version information.

If any error message box pops up can you send a screenshot of it.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

In Control Center, click on the Log tab, and can you see any specific error message.

I'm at version 7.0.1000.6

There are no errors in the log file or on the screen. When I choose a time frame, like daily or 60 minutes, it flashes "Loading Data" but nothing is loaded. It's just an empty window because of the lack of data.

Please upgrade to the latest version, NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.8 and see if the issue still persists or not. You can download the latest version from http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

Kinetick EOD provides end of the day (EOD) data only. It will pull data for Daily and above periodicity. If you try to pull a minute or tick based chart, then the same wont get populated.

To get minute or tick based chart please subscribe to the realtime version of Kinetick.

Thanks the upgrade seemed to make it work. It pulled in the data so far.
