CQG connection problem and data lost from 9:45 to 11:45 CET

    CQG connection problem and data lost from 9:45 to 11:45 CET

    This morning It seems that CQG had have a problem regarding historical data.

    Upon connection, the last historical data did not download, I had data from yesterday, but after launching the app today, the data had gone, and the last available in chart was of 31-12-2011. The 'Reload all historical data' item was disabled as well.

    Finally at 11:45, after some testing, I could work out the issue, and get the new data downloaded. But there is still a gap from 9:45 to 11:45 CET.

    What happened this morning?
    Is there any way to recover this data?

    Hello drecio,

    Unfortunately the historical data server did not record data between approximately 3:47 and 5:47 AM EST.

    The issue is resolved - the historical data server is up and running and records data again.

    Unfortunately you will see a gap in charts when no historical data was recorded.

    If you have access to another supported data feed provider, you could connect to it in NinjaTrader to load the missing data.

      Why doesn’t NT get the missing data from CQG and load it on the servers that failed to record it?

        Still no CQG historical data since 10:52pm ET

        I just logged in to CQG (7:43am ET) and still have no historical data on 6E ES and TF since 10:52pm ET yesterday.

        Tried reloading historical data, logging off and back on, still no data other than what is currently building with real time ticks.

        If the historical data servers are fixed and now storing data, how do I get NT to load the stored data that is available?

          And it is still not creating Minute Bars correctly.

            I do not have CQG data between 5:52:16 - 13:45:26 (GMT+2)

            Relogging, repair or reset does not give any help.

              The historical data server is recording data again starting at 6:46 AM EDT.

              Unfortunately you will see a gap between 11:50 PM (yesterday) and 6:45 AM EDT.

              We will look into the possibility to restore the data next weekend's maintenance.

              Our apologies for the inconvenience.

                My historical data shows a gap from 10:50 to 7:46 ET, Jason how do I get the data from 6:46am ET to show up on my charts?

                  Hello SWFL Trader,

                  It seems you have your PC clock set to CDT time zone. Or could it be your PC clock has not been updated to Daylight Savings time?

                  Please shut down NinjaTrader and synch your PC clock. Start NinjaTrader and check if you load data as expected.

                    I have IB as a second broker, is there a way to fill the missing data from CQG with IB's data.

                      Yes, this is possible. Please connect to IB first in NinjaTrader to load the missing data.

                          No, the pc clock is showing the correct time and is adjusted for daylight savings time.

                          Still have a gap from 11:50 to 7:46, tried resetting repairing DB, and reloading historical data.

                          As of 8:50am ET I am only able to load just over a hour of historical data on ES 6E TF.

                            Same Here CQG live and DEMo both data GAPS
                            ES Contract big big data gap several hours.

                            This is joke today, PFG problem with data, and also CQG have serious problem
                            i don't know whats going on, do they have people trading during european session at all.
                            with ninja

                            I realoaded deleted today and new historical download etc..
                            no help.

                              Its really hard to understand CQG and AMP can restore data, historical
                              during weekend.



                              so We have that gap at least untill next weeek get your data somewhere else.
