I have an account with Mirus Futures which uses the Zen-Fire data feed. The problem I'm having is before the various futures contracts open for trading I'm often not seeing the market depth and where the bids and asks are. This happened this morning. Sometimes I do see it, but sometimes not. When TF reopens on any given day, I don't see it. The 5 AM CST open this morning on CME for ES, NQ, or YM wasn't there and this made it impossible to trade any of them. They just went flying up. No chance to set a buy stop order as I had no idea where the market was. The market depth wasn't visible til they actually opened and then of course they were just a blur. Especially TF on ICE was a blur. Other times I do see it. Not sure what's up. Thanks.

Hello,
Can you please recreate your connection to Zen-Fire.
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

Thanks for your reply, but I don't think that will do it as I had this problem before and I just reinstalled the software and so obviously had to reset my Zen-Fire connection. Is this a problem others have had? Thanks.
