Connecting to Zen-Fire problem

Hello,

Today I got a demo account for Zen Fire but when I tried to login got a error massage "login Failed Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection."

I tried re-installing the NinjaTrader and I tried connecting from two different computers, also I tried removing the connection and repair DB and adding back ZenFire.

I can connect to yahoo,Google and Kinetick. I just can't connect to Zen Fire.

I also got two different logins but none worked

Anyone has any other idea that I can try ?

Which build of NinjaTrader do you use? (Help > About)

Could you try restarting the modem and router which you are connected to, then restart your PC and check the connection to Zen-Fire again? Does the same error take place?

If it does, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

You will find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I need would be named 'trace.20111213.txt'.

why zenfire demo dont work?? from2 mounth ago? this is my problem too

I have tested your connection on my end and received the same error.

Please contact your broker to verify the login credentials for your Zen-Fire connection are valid. If any changes are made to your username and password please update your connection within NinjaTrader.

you must contact zenfire,,this comes from zenfire not broker,,i chack many broker and many accounts

I connected ZenFire and broker and I was told if I had an account in the last few months, They can't give me another demo account, "Due to exchange regulations"

You can trade with any of NinjaTrader supported brokers regardless of location however I believe Interactive Brokers would have the closest office to your location. I have provided a link below that goes over all supported brokers.
