    First-time Zen Fire connection message

    Hi,

    I'm getting the attached msg from the first-time Zen Fire connection for live acct. after the fresh NT7 installation.

    Thanks for posting.

    Please:
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

            Please send a note to Support [AT] ninjaTrader [DOT] com.

            In the message, include a link to this thread and a copy of your Config file so I can test the connection here.

            You'll find the Config file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
