Error on loading chart data

NQ was feeding fine. I wanted to watch a different instrument, so I went to the top left of the chart to choose ZL. I got the following message:

Error on loading chart data for 'ZL 12-11 Globex'. Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later.

I tried to switch back to NQ and got the same message. Now I can't get a chart.

What's up with this? Solutions?

This message indicates that you cannot reach the histoircal data servers.

Please first try going to File--> Disconnect and then reconnect from File--> Connect.

Next right click on the chart and check to see if you can reload historical data.

If not, please try restarting NinjaTrader and reconnected.
