    Those are our guaranteed hours. Many times someone is available weekends however, this is not guaranteed. I am currently reviewing support requests and will respond as soon as I am able.

      Support - "It is quite possible that Zen-fire is undergoing server maintenance".

      FYI - if you are doing dev using existing data that you have cached, disable your network and NT will start just fine. You can then edit the ZF connection info to not connect on startup and you will then be able to reconnect your network and start NT with no problem. If you are using/dev. a strategy just connect to the external data feed (even tho there isn't one) and you will then be able to run that strategy (obviously only on cached historical data).

            Still dead in the water. But at least I'm being treated to a variety of errors. (Invalid login. Permission error. And the ever-popular nothing-but-silence-please-abort-NinjaTrader-at-your-convenience.)

            I wouldn't worry though. I'm sure everything will be resolved within 3 or 4 seconds of the start of trading later today. (Then again, maybe not....)
