    wont connect

    nt wont connect, it will say connecting-zen fire but wont connect will stay white

      now I can't even get the program to come up..click icon for nt and workspaces never come up

        It's not at all uncommon for Zen-Fire servers to be down on the weekends for maintenance.

          Yes but at least the program comes up..when I click the icon a second time it says that you can't run two version of nt at one time...at least the workspace comes up but won't connect when they are doing mainteneance..it says its running but know workspace up

            NinjaTrader won't come up today

            NT won't come up this morning! I remove all the workspaces, and it came up once but couldn't connect to Zen-fire. However, when restarted NT, it won't even come up again.
            Any idea?

              well if its happeneing to this many people, it must be a zen fire issue

                  Same problem here to.

                  Sometimes NT starts up, but don't connect to Zen-fire, other times the NT don't start at all, but when I look at task manager, it runs at services. I have had this problem since noon yesterday!

                              won't connect just hangs

                              has anyone heard anything back from NT, all i got was auto generated email saying support is monday thru friday.
