I Just my got my software and connected to Kinetick. the chart is not updating, looks like it stuck. Every time I click "Reload All Historical Data" it will move forward and it gets stuck there.

I'm connecto Kinetick data feed only.

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums. If this is a free connection, there will not be real time updating. The free connection provides delayed data for daily and higher intervals.

If you have a subscription to Kinetick, please send a note to support 'at' kinetick 'dot' com. Include your Kinetick ID and details of the instrument and interval you're viewing.

You are correct, i noticed that i'm getting 10 minutes delayed data. Dont know why? i payed for it and should be getting live data. I submitted a support ticket. Hope it gets solved soon.
