    Kyle,

    I was getting the following error:

    Zen-fire: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.(LoginFailed)

    I sent this into Ninja support last week and they were getting the same error. is this resolved yet?

        I have had problem all morning (last 30 min) with Mirius Futures and Zen-fire. Failed to log-in (13). Never happened before until today. I have rebooted my PC, resetted my connections etc but no effect.

          Zenfire down

          This morning I initially had an issue where I get the login error shown.

          However it finally (3 attempts) was successful.

          But at 6:55 am CST the connection was lost.
          I tried my backup source (Interactive Brokers) and it was successfully completed.

          However, Zenfire is still down.

          I've tried multiple times to connect with no success.
          I went to the http://zen-fire.com site and there is a generic screen that says:
          "Account Migration In Progress"
          "This website is temporarily unavailable"

          It seems if they are doing "account migration" and 'offline' advance notification to customers would be wise?

                          Update : we just received that a major ISP is having technical issues unfortunately this morning and those are being worked on.

                            Login Error (13)

                            Same problem here, connection from Portugal, Europe.

                            If I change my account connection settings and enable Legacy API, I get another error message :

                            Login Failed: Unable to login (10001)
